1.With any mehndi service, you can get free bindis, if you wish to have some with your design.
2. With any mehndi service, I will also (if you bring them along) give your child(ren) free temporary tattoos, or, if we're also doing gilding/zardosi on your henna design, I will do a small design or two for them as well. I don't generally do henna on children under the age of 8, as it requires too much patience on their part, and for other reasons, which you can read about in our Policies- click here to learn more regarding children and henna.
3. If you are a chemo- or radio-therapy patient, I will gladly do your "dots" (the markings needed for the technicians to pinpoint their medical equipment on), absolutely free of any charge. This is particularly useful if you are a follower of Islam or Judaism, as both religions forbid permanent tatoos- henna sticks around a lot longer than marking pen, but is not permanent. I will also touch those up, as needed, for free. Also, if you are recovering from chemotherapy, I offer free head decoration and designs. It's not the same as having hair, I know- but it can help you to feel pretty again. To arrange an appointment for either of these services, click here.
4. Free estimates for repairs or reworking of broken jewelry- if you live around the Boise area, you can contact me to have me take a look at what needs to be done, and I'll work up a quote for you. If you live outside of the area, I will be happy to do this: send me the piece you need worked on or reworked, via whatever method you choose, and make sure to include a pre-paid return shipping label with the package. I will call you or send you an email confirmation of my having received the package, and your free estimate- and if you decide that you'd rather not go forward (as unlikely as it is, as most basic repairs will run around a dollar or two), I will use the label that you have sent me, to send the piece back to you- no obligation involved!
